Conditions of purchase and participation in trips set by the program.

Fixed trips refer to all activities with fixed departures as published on our website.

Confirmation of The reservation is final when you have received written confirmation from ALM Compagny of receipt of payment. ALM Compagny is then responsible for the delivery of the products/events you have ordered, while you become financially responsible for the reservation. At the time you make a reservation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, that of your traveling companions.

 

You accept responsibility for payment due to us for all travelers in your party. You are responsible for ensuring that the reservation is consistent with the reservation. You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone in your party is kept fully informed of what has been booked and any changes.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the departure of the activity. The amount paid will be refunded in full. For cancellations less than 72 hours before departure, no refund can be expected.

In case of cancellation from the booking date and up to 4 weeks before the event date, a cancellation fee of NOK 3000 will be charged to the customer,-. If canceled 4-2 weeks before the event date, the client will be charged 50% of the boat rental, then the client will be charged 100% of the boat rental. If the event is canceled 6 days or later/no show, the client will be charged for the full boat rental and catering.

Events beyond the control of the company, such as a strike, a lockout, a case of force majeure, a fire, a technical problem, the sale of a boat, etc., give ALM Compagny the right to terminate the contract without requesting compensation. The organizer (hosts) is responsible for any damage caused to the boat as a result of negligence or intentional behavior on the part of the company's participants. Regarding taxes imposed by the State after the agreement was drawn up, these are added to the invoice (VAT).

 

All Complaints relating to delivery from ALM Compagny must be reported in writing within 5 days  following the end of the event. Complaints filed after this deadline will not be subject to any form of financial compensation.

 

ALM Company

Tours reserves the right to modify tours and programs due to weather conditions. All programs and tours may be modified or canceled for security reasons. In the event of cancellation on our part, the amount paid will be refunded in full. The participant who booked the tour is primarily contacted via the email used when booking. It is therefore important that the participant regularly checks their emails to see if there are any messages.

 

Responsibility

The organizer is insured for civil liability through its insurance agent. Participants must also have appropriate travel insurance. ALM Compagny cannot be held responsible for losses and additional costs due to delays beyond the control of the company such as strikes, accidents, illness or other circumstances falling within the scope of the company's control. of force majeure. ALM Compagny is not responsible for valuables brought by the customer, such as bags, glasses, cameras/telecommunications, clothing, etc. The duty

Participants are responsible for assessing whether they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the booked tours.

 

The customer must comply with the rules of conduct and instructions given by the organizer.

 

ALM Compagny reserves the right to refuse participation in an excursion if the client poses a threat to their safety, either their own or that of other participants, or if the client behaves in such a way as to greatly inconvenience other participants.

 

Participants in our tours confirm with their reservation that there is no medical reason to doubt their participation in the program described. Staff instructions must be followed. In cases where this is not respected, our staff is authorized to refuse the participant from continuing to participate in the trip. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to a refund.

 

In the event that a participant interrupts their participation in a tour or program at their own request, they are not entitled to a refund.

 

Any dispute between the customer and ALM Compagny is subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where ALM Compagny

is located.
